Whereas individuals usually seek life coaching to gain new ways of thinking or skills to lead successful or even happier lives. Coaching's motivations are to seek gain and counseling's motivations are to avoid pain. But, both aim to support individuals to live fulfilled lives.
Yes. Certified Professional Coaches follow the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Standards of Ethical Conduct. Coaches are to behave professionally, ethically and adhere to the principles of the professional code relevant to their coaching practice.
