I invite you to a safe space where you will not feel judged. Although I am a Certified Life Coach, I am not the expert. My role is to empower you to give yourself advice and come up with YOUR own solution. My personal coaching model helps you to have a healthy relationship with yourself.
Life is full of opportunities, and it is my job to help you create visual images, and look within in order to live the life you want. In my personal coaching, we will work towards letting go of irrational and unrealistic beliefs.
No one said parenting would be easy. As a Parent and a Parent Coach, I know first hand the many challenges that are faced when raising a family. Together we will discover how to be more effective with your child and how to be more supportive of yourself. Working with a parent coach will assist you with making family life much easier and more importantly, fun.
